Its always good when you get a mix of indications lining up. On my daily charts the US markets and European have been overbought for at least 1 day.

So what I look for is a change in the present trend. This started to happen in the 5 minute charts.

What I’m looking for is the MACD’s starting to roll over. What happened was the MACD (I use a set of two), were both red for about an hour+ while price approaching a peaking out 50dma. A move lower was likely.

I placed trades in the EUR/USD, NASDAQ, NASDAQ Futures, Dow, and SP 500. The tiny trades was the leftover cash in my account.

So anticipating a breakdown I placed these trades.
